Important Message From SIBL's League President:

2/24/2021

Hello SIBL Families!

I hope this letter finds you all safe and healthy. I'd like to give you some EXCITING news that may lead to a potentional reopening of SIBL. The California Dept of Public Health (CDPH) has released some updates on 2/26 in regards to easing up the guidelines and to the opening of youth sports. This is AWESOME news, as many of you have been inquiring as to when the day would come that the boys and girls could get back on the ballfields. SIBL Board of Directors has been working on ideas and upgrades to make this a safe return for ALL who visit the complex when we finally get the greenlight to open.

We encourage all of you that are interested in having your child(ren) participate in whatever form of season we may have, to please fill out the "Spring Season Interest Form" on the homepage of our website... www.siblbaseball.com. We would like to THANK all the families that have done so already. The interest list will help us get an idea of how many players, teams, and divisions we can anticipate so we can prepare accordingly. We will not be collecting any fees at this time, once we get the greenlight to open up we will set up the registration process and collect dues at that time.

We will continue to monitor the ongoing changes of the CDPH, and follow all the guidelines set forth by the State, County, and local government agencies. We will update you with any new information regarding the opening of SIBL for a Spring Season. Please keep an eye out for future emails regarding the opening of SIBL and updates regarding registration. Updates can also be found on our league website www.siblbaseball.com or follow us on our social media platforms: Facebook... SIBL Girls Fastpitch Softball and Sylmar Independent Baseball League, or Instagram... sibl_official. We know many of you are eager to get your children back on the fields and we are just as excited to see them out there.

 See you ALL soon,

 Bobby Ordona

Spring Season Interest Form

Since we do not have final dates or prices we would like to build a list of interested players to help us plan for the season. There is NO OBLIGATION at this time. You will be notified when formal registration is opening.

Please complete this form for each player. This will help us count players interested in each division.
