NOTICE of Combined Meeting of the SIBL Board of Directors and Membership

Date: Thursday, July 9, 2026

Time: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Location: The Bungalow on the Softball side of the SIBL facility

On June 18, 2026, the SIBL Executive Board approved proposed amendments to the SIBL Bylaws. These changes address Directors’ meeting attendance and meeting quorum requirements.

Over the past year, the Board has struggled to achieve sufficient attendance to conduct official business. The proposed updates are designed to help the Board function more effectively while remaining compliant with California nonprofit law.

This combined meeting will have one item on the agenda: a membership vote to adopt the updated Bylaws.

All SIBL members are encouraged to attend. Your participation and vote are important to the governance of our league.
